Iron Devils

A drug- and supplement-free fitness program founded by Top Form, Inc. for Columbia High School students.  Students are required to follow a specific weight and fitness program for a specified time period and the program has grown every year since its inception!

• Participants are pre- and post-tested so the gains of dedication can be quantified
• Upon successful completion, the students are honored by receiving an Iron Devil patch to display!
• The program also has an academic component, with those students earning honor roll or high-honor roll status receiving an Academic Iron Devil patch
• Nutrition is emphasized while supplementation and drug use are shown to be counterproductive
  • Actual nutrition is accomplished by offering participants peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with milk!

• Thanks to donations from Hannaford Brothers, Garelick Farms (subsidiary of Dean Foods), and Freihofer's, the Iron Devils practice what they preach!

• This program has been modeled throughout the nation!

  • Top Form, Inc. president, Ron Annis, has spoken at numerous state-conferences and to school districts regarding administration of drug- and supplement-free fitness programs
